Vote out 'mother and son' government, Modi urges youth

BJP's PM candidate said Rahul Gandhi dreams of running the country but he has not even been able to manage his constituency, Amethi

BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi appealed to the youth here today, to remove the "mother and son" UPA government from the Centre by voting for the Sena-BJP-RPI combine to power in Maharashtra.

Addressing a poll meeting today for BJP candidates A T Nana Patil and Rakshya Khadse from Jalgaon and Raver Lok Sabha constituencies respectively, he also attacked the NCP chief, saying that since Sharad Pawar came to know the results of the Lok Sabha polls earlier, he went to the Rajya Sabha.

He told the gathering that those who could not maintain their own home constituency at Amethi in Uttar Pradesh, could not be expected to run the country and questioned why Jalgaon's cotton growers keep going to Gujarat to sell their cotton.
