Raman Singh casts vote, assures BJP's victory 

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh on Tuesday cast his vote for the Assembly elections at a poll booth situated in Kawardha district. After getting inked, Singh spoke to the media and stated that he was certain that BJP would emerge victorious by bagging the majority of votes.

Addressing a poll rally here for the November 28 Assembly elections, Modi also said his government has so far disbursed loans to 140 million people, "that too without guarantee", under the ambitious Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana.
