Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday pitched education, jobs and healthcare as the BJP-led NDA's agenda for development of Bihar.

"When I talk of development, I want to stress on six points. I am not here for tall promises. We have three point formulae for the state that is electricity, water and road. We have another three point formulae for the families that is education and employment for youth and medicine for the elderly," he said while addressing a rally in Chhapra.

Hitting out at the duo of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav over their 'Bahari' (outsider) remark, Prime Minister Modi said it was during their rule that the youth of the state were forced to migrate to other states.

"Those who talk of Bahari, I want to inform them that the youth of Bihar were forced to move outside the state during their (Lalu-Nitish) rule. You both are responsible for dismantling two generations during your rule of 25 years," he added.

Prime Minster Modi reiterated that development remains his core agenda for the Bihar polls.

He also took a jibe at Nitish Kumar over his meeting with a 'tantrik' (black magician), saying the grand alliance now has four members.

"This 'swarthbandhan' no more is a three-member alliance, now it has four members; Nitish ji, Lalu ji, Madam Sonia Gandhi and the 'tantrik'" he added.

Prime Minister Modi also taunted Lalu and advised him to change his party RJD's name to 'Rashtriya Jaadutona Party'.

Beginning with four rallies at Chhapra, Hazipur,Nalanda and Patna today, the Prime Minister is scheduled to address 17 rallies in as many districts, as the battle of ballot is due in 162 of the total 243 seats spread over 22 districts in north, central and north-eastern parts of Bihar.

Prime Minister Modi had earlier tweeted that there is a phenomenal enthusiasm for the NDA in Bihar.
