The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released its list of candidates for the upcoming West Bengal Legislative Assembly elections. West Bengal goes to the polls in eight phases — to be held on March 27, April 1, April 6, April 10, April 17, April 22, April 26 and April 29. The results for election to the 294-seat Assembly will be declared on May 2.
The BJP has around 20 turncoats and fielding party heavyweights Mukul Roy and Rahul Sinha.
