Trinamool Congress (TMC) chief and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s heartfelt appeal to Opposition parties to sink differences and forge a united front against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has not achieved the resounding endorsement the TMC expected.
