Allahabad Bank Q3 net up 61%

Allahabad Bank has posted a 61% increase in net profit of Rs 159.2 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2004 as compared to Rs 98.3 crore for the corresponding quater last fiscal.

According to a release issued to the BSE tdoay, total Income has increased from Rs 814 crore in Q3-03 to Rs 897.7 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2004.
