Banking on the reviving demand for realty, a new chain of property shops have started operations in the city.
Bricks Realty Pvt Ltd is a new entrant in the area of property shops offering one-stop solutions for buying, selling, leasing, rentals of property in the city after Real Estate Bank India (REBI) set up shop here earlier this year.
"We deal in residential, commercial, industrial as well as agricultural property transactions. Currently, the demand has been mostly from the residential segment and for commercial spaces driven by the IT companies," said Hemant Sikaria, one of the promoters of Bricks Realty at the opening of their corporate office in the city's IT and electronics hub Salt Lake.
