Axis Bank, India’s third largest private Bank today announced the launch of its flagship home loans event ‘DREAM HOME FESTIVAL 2012’ from January 13th to January 15th, 2012 at Koramangala Indoor Stadium in Bengaluru. The event will be inaugurated by Ms. Shikha Sharma, MD & CEO, Axis Bank. The exhibition will showcase over 25,000 properties from 45 top developers covering 250 projects to prospective home buyers in Bengaluru. Properties costing Rs. 5 lakh to 5 crore including flats, deluxe apartments, villas and luxury row houses will be offered to buyers. Axis bank also announced that it would offer ‘On the spot approvals’ for prospective buyers looking for a home loan during Dream Home Festival.

The event is being promoted through an advertising campaign, which includes print, outdoor and radio. Axis Bank is also promoting the event on Facebook. Earlier Axis Bank has arranged the DREAM HOME FESTIVAL in 2010 in Bengaluru, which received an enormous response from the people of Bengaluru with more than 15,000 walk-ins and 10,000 registrations.
