Bank of India to raise Rs 750cr

 "The bank will make private placement of non-convertible bonds (series VIII) for Rs 750 crore with a greenshoe option of Rs 250 crore for strengthening the capital adequacy ratio and for improving the long term resources of the bank," the bank said  in a release to the BSE today.
