Bharti AXA General Insurance Company Ltd, a 74:26 per cent joint venture between Bharti Enterprises and Axa Group, today launched four add-on covers in its motor insurance portfolio. These additional covers will now be available with the company’s motor insurance product, the Smart Drive Private Car Policy (only for private car owners).
These new features offer customers protection, not only from damage or loss of their vehicle, but also offer extended protection to the family in case of accidents and injury. The new add-on covers like Hospital Cash cover, Medical Expenses Reimbursement, Ambulance Charges, and Depreciation cover, are available with Smart Drive Private Car Insurance. Bharti AXA General Insurance Co. Ltd CEO Amarnath Ananthanarayanan said, “ Motor Insurance is a very crucial segment of our business and forms close to 40 of our revenues.”
