Citibank to retail UTI Mutual Fund schemes

Mumbai-based UTI Mutual Fund (UTI MF) has entered into a strategic tie-up with Citibank for distribution of its schemes.

Under the agreement, Citibank will offer UTI MF's schemes across its branches.

Rahul Soota, head (retail banking), Citibank said: "We are committed to offer our clients the best of financial products and services. We are delighted to partner with UTI MF."

UTI MF has assets under management of Rs 52,180 crore and investor accounts of over 8 million under its 76 domestic schemes (as of November 30, 2007).
