Corporation Bank board approves merger

The board of directors of Corporation Bank at their meeting held today have approved the proposal for merger of Chikmagalur Kodagu Grameena Bank (CHIKO Bank), Regional Rural Bank sponsored by the bank with itself, according to a release issued to the BSE.
