Corporation Bank to raise Rs 300 cr via bonds

Public sector lender Corporation Bank today said it will raise Rs 300 crore through the issue of bonds.

The fund would be raised through unsecured non-convertible bonds, Corporation Bank said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The issue of bonds would open on July 9 and it ends on the same day, the state-run lender added.

Shares of Corporation Bank today closed at Rs 309.90, marginally up by 0.18 per cent on the BSE.
