Dena Seizes 2nd Defaulter Asset

Dena Bank has taken possession of land, building and plant & machinery of Mumbai-based Ruby Coach Builders (RCB) under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SRFAESI) Bill.

The company owed the bank Rs 3.65 crore, including interest. This is the second asset that the bank has seized under the SRFAESI Bill. Earlier this week, it took possession of Ahmedabad based Krishna Chemicals, which had a loan outstanding of Rs one crore. According to Dena Bank
