SOMA SANKARA PRASAD, managing director and chief executive officer of UCO Bank, says the bank is exploring the possibility of raising capital via additional tier 1 (AT1) bonds, even if the Kolkata-based state-owned lender is comfortable with its capital position that, he says, is sufficient to fund its growth plans.
