Forex reserves up $1.2bn at $273.5bn

Foreign exchange reserves increased $1.239 billion to $273.52 billion during the week ended November 30, according to data released by the RBI today.

Foreign currency assets moved up $694 million to $264.725 billion.

Gold reserves were up $546 million to $8.357 billion.

While SDRs were unchanged at $3 million, the Reserve Position in the IMF declined $1 million to $435 million.
