Forex reserves up $1.75bn at $294.61bn

Foreign exchange reserves increased $1.754 billion to $294.610 billion for the week ended February 22, according to data released by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Friday.

Foreign currency assets increased $1.751 billion to $284.989 billion. Gold reserves were unchanged at $9.199 billion.

Reserve position in the IMF was up $3 million to $422 million.
