From today, free ATM use capped at 5

Strap-Except SBI all other major lenders have not levied charges

Starting Saturday, you may have to pay up for using automated teller machines (ATMs) at your home bank ATMs as well. According to guidelines by RBI, banks are free to charge their customers after the first five free transactions.

However, RBI has stated banks can still choose to offer more than five free transactions, if they so wished. Currently, none of the banks, barring State bank of India (SBI), the country’s largest lender, has decided to charge their customers for ATM usage.
