The Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has reported a 21.18 per cent growth in net profit at Rs 146.65 crore in the third quarter (Q3) ended December 31, 2002, as against Rs 121.01 crore in the corresponding quarter in the previous financial year.
In the nine months ended December 31, 2002, the housing finance major has recorded a 20.75 per cent rise in net profit at Rs 451.10 crore (Rs 373.56 crore in the corresponding year-ago period).
