The board of Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has proposed an increase in the borrowing limit by Rs 15,000 crore to Rs 35,000 crore.
The earlier limit set by the board in 1999 was Rs 20,000 crore. Total borrowings of the corporation as on March 31,2002 was Rs 18,755.69 crore. HDFC
