IFCI meet today on NPA transfer

 The board is scheduled to meet on Saturday to deliberate on the issue. Institutional sources told Business Standard that some 15 assets had been identified by the IFCI management for transfer in the first phase.

 Some bad and doubtful accounts that are proposed to be referred to the ARC included Nova Industries, textiles unit Hindon River Valley, Titagarh Industries, Parekh Platinum and Radhika Fibre.

 Ace is one of the three ARCs to have received a licence from the Reserve Bank of India while Asset Reconstruction Company of India Ltd (Arcil)
