Bangalore-based private sector lender ING Vysya Bank has appointed Sanjeev Aga as an additional director with effect from December 17, 2012. He will be non-executive and independent director.
The board of the bank has made the appointment in terms of Section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956 and in terms of recommendations of Corporate Governance Committee (acting as the nomination committee) at its meeting held on November 30, 2012, to hold office up to the date of annual general meeting of the bank to be held in 2013.
