ING Vysya Bank has registered a 123 per cent growth in net profit at Rs 22.67 crore and a 4.7 per cent increase in income at Rs 345.26 crore in the fourth quarter of 2002-03 compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.
The bank has recommended a dividend of 40 per cent for the year. The board has also approved the raising of additional Tier II capital. For 2002-03, the bank has recorded a net profit of Rs 86.35 crore, an increase of 26 per cent.
