ING Vysya Bank QIP opens today

ING Vysya Bank today said its funds raising plan through private placement of shares with potential buyers opens today.     

The board of the company has decided to open qualified institutional placement issue for raising Tire I capital on September 7 with an issue price of Rs 248.09 a piece, ING Vysya Bank said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange(BSE).     

Earlier, on September 4, shareholders of the bank had approved to issue 13,315,155 shares to the qualified institutional buyers to raise funds.     

Shares of ING Vysya Bank were trading at Rs 249.50 on BSE, up 0.71 per cent from the previous close.
