The Bombay High Court on Tuesday reserved the final order in the legal battle between the YES Bank court case. Now, the next hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday.
In the previous hearing, the court had suggested that both parties should try and settle the dispute amicably. Madhu Kapur, the second largest shareholder had moved court almost two years ago saying her right as the bank's co-promoter was violated and she wasn't consulted before the bank had appointed a few directors on its board. Kapur is the wife of YES Bank's late co-founder Ashok Kapur.
