LIC Housing Finance (LICHFL), the second largest housing finance company, will raise close to Rs 2,500 crore from the domestic as well as the foreign markets to meet its disbursement requirements for 2003-04.
The company has targeted total disbursements of Rs 4,500 crore for 2003-04. It had disbursed Rs 3,200 crore in 2002-03, while sanctions were close to Rs 3,595 crore.
