Life insurance Corporation of India (LIC) opened its Customer Zone nicknamed as 'C-Zee' in the city on Saturday. The customer zone was inaugurated by Vinay Sah, zonal manager (east central zone) of LIC in the presence of senior divisional manager Rabinarayan Mishra, Prafulla Kumar Mishra, manager (customer relationship management) in the presence of other officials of the corporation. The customer zone will function from 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays.
There are three Desks-help desk, priority desk and the info centre for solving a problem or rendering service to the customers. The zone would act as a one stop resolution point for the customers and will cater to all the needs of the phone in cusomers,walk in customers and priority customers for services like change of address, issuing premium paid certificates, providing loan quotations, revival quotations and any other service as decided from time to time.
