  • Call money rates ended at 4.30-35 per cent.
  • Repo subscription stood at Rs 40,000 crore.

  • The rupee opened around 45. 29/30 per dollar and declined to 45.3050 before closing higher at 45. 2850.
  • Premiums on near-term forward dollars traded at discount. Annualised premiums on six-month and one-year dollars closed at 0.09 per cent and 0.30 per cent respectively.
 
Outlook
The rupee is likely to open between 45.27 and 45.29 against the dollar on Thursday.
