HSBC Asset Management (India) Private Limited has announced the appointment of Mehul Bhatt as Head of Fund Management–-Equity for its Portfolio Management Services (PMS) business.
Bhatt will be responsible for all investment activities for the PMS business, a press release issued here stated.
Bhatt has earlier worked with Credit Suisse (CS) India Asset Management, where he managed discretionary equity and fixed income money on the wealth management platform in India.
A mechanical engineer and a management graduate from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Bhatt brings on-board substantial expertise as a portfolio manager, and a passion for the PMS investment space, the release said.
