Praveen Kadle appointed MD of Tata Capital

Praveen Kadle, executive director, finance and corporate affairs, Tata Motors has been appointed the managing director of Tata Capital with immediate effect.

According to a release issued by Tata Motors today, C Ramakrishnan is being appointed as the chief financial officer of Tata Motors from today. He was the vice president (chairman's office).

Tata Capital, promoted by Tata Sons, was formed in June this year and will be the main Tata Group vehicle in the financial services space. The company will deal in capital markets, merchant banking, housing finance, private equity, and vehicle and retail finance.
