Re slides 0.32% to 43.67/$

The rupee staged its biggest one-day loss since early February to end at a one-and-half week low today as the dollar rallied overseas on positive US data and expectations of more US interest rate rises.

The rupee finished 0.32% at 43.67/6750 per dollar, the weakest close since June 2 and its biggest one-day loss since Feb 8. It closed on Friday at 43.5275/5350.
