Sabarmati Co-op Bank depositors on warpath

 The bank ran into trouble a year back, but several depositors are yet to get their money back. Those who have deposited less than Rs one lakh have not got more than Rs 500 so far although the entire amount up to Rs one lakh is insured.

 The depositors have been staging a protest against the bank administration at the Ramnagar branch, holding certificates that show that their fixed deposits have matured.

 Most of the depositors have until now just received one instalment of Rs 500.

 About 90 per cent of the investors
