State Bank of India (SBI) has introduced a charter for the small scale industries (SSI) in a bid to embrace the concept of fair practices code for lenders in that category.
The charter promises to make the life of the small entrepreneur simpler by turning the loaning process transparent.
The move fits well with the SBI
