UCO Bank today announced reduction in the benchmark prime lending rate by 50 basis points from 13 per cent to 12.50 per cent a year.
A bank release said that the reduction would take effect from March 1, 2009.
Apart from this, the bank has announced a concession of 50 basis points on interest rates on lending for specific sectors.
