UCO public issue likely to be priced at Rs 12

 The bank has reserved around 10 per cent of the offer for its employees who will be entitled to loans at competitive rates.

 UCO has roped in SBI Caps, Enam Financial Services, DSP Merrill Lynch, J M Morgan Stanley, and Kotak Securities & Financial services as merchant bankers to the issue.
