UTI Bank has launched priority-banking service in Bhubaneswar in a bid to provide exclusive services to its high-end customers. |
This follows the bank's nation wide extension of the service to 21 new cities. Earlier the service was available only in 12 cities. Over 100 branches of UTI Bank across the country now offer Priority Banking, said the bank officials. |
Designed to cater to the individual needs of high end customers, the service comes with a facility called "Priority Assist" that offers an impressive bouquet of 999 services including a relationship manager for personalised banking, exclusive international priority banking debit card that allows cash withdrawals up to Rs 50,000 per day, free usage of debit card at any VISA ATM and several shopping dining, travel and lifestyle privileges. |
The bank has appointed Les Concierge as the authorised provider of services to the customers nationwide. As an inaugural offer, the Bhubaneswar branch of UTI bank has announced a special gift for all the customers who sign up for the service by March 15. It hopes to rope in 500 high-end customers for priority banking service soon, said DB Satapathy, the relationship manager. |
The combined business (both advance and deposits) of Bhubaneswar branch of the bank, which started operation six years back now stands at Rs 200 crore. |
