Wall St perks up; ADRs mixed

The Dow Jones industrial average index moved up nine points to 11,867. The Nasdaq added four points to 2315.

Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note. Satyam surged nearly 2% to $40.50. Wipro and HDFC Bank advanced 1% each to $13.85 and $63.98, respectively. Infosys was up 0.6% at $49.50. MTNL slipped 1.5% to $6.96, and Tata Motors dropped 1.3% to $19.58.
