State owned power utility West Bengal State Electricity Board (WBSEB) has targeted a Rs 3,000 crore realisation for the current year and has recorded a Rs 755 crore realisation in the second quarter of the current fiscal.
It hopes to recover Rs 1,300 crore in the second half of 2002-03. Nevertheless, realisation of official target will depend on the revenue, and transmission and distribution (T&D) figures allowed by the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (WBERC)
