Every bank branch will have an e-bay centre from where a customer can make a call to the bank call centre and see the retail banking officer addressing his/ her queries and also conduct Internet banking, he added. |
The bank has outsourced ATM management to India Switch Company. However, the maintenance of the e-bay centre will be done by the bank, said Kapoor. |
The bank plans to install around 100 ATMs by March 2006. Yes Bank has outsourced all its information technology requirements to Wipro. The bank has signed a seven-year deal with Wipro. Following the terms of agreement, the vendor has committed to service 250 branches by 2010 for all IT infrastructure. |
