A Section of the media has reported that Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation was hesitant to hold a Press conference to showcase its achievements and has been directed to hold the same.
In this connection, it is clarified that no such direction has been received by the Ministry and the said reports are purely speculative and without any basis. Various Ministries have already held their Press conferences and this Ministry will take a call in this regard in due course.
