Indian won gold and silver in Shot Put ( Women)
The much awaited athletics events of 12th SAG started today at Sarusai Sports Complex here. India opened its account with gold medal in Womens Shot Put. Manpreeth Kaur senior won Gold while Manpreet Kaur junior took Silver medal. Sri Lanka W.T.K.Fernando was placed third and won the Bronze medal. In the Long Jump Indian Women captured Gold and Silver medal. Mayookha Jhony won Gold, Shradha Ghule Bhaskar won Silver. S.L.S. Silva of Sri Lanka settles with Silver medal.
