The States of Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujrat, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal including Andhra Pradesh have requested for special package for setting up of industries. However, Government is providing special package of incentives only to the States of North East (including Sikkim) and Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh & Uttarakhand due to their adverse geographical locations, hilly terrain and other specificities. In view of the Section 94(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act, 2014, the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have submitted proposal for Industrial Incentives. The same is under consideration.
