Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises has not issued any guidelines on the issue of delisting of loss-making and sick Central Public Sector Enterprises.
The concerned administrative Ministries/ Departments of CPSEs take decision on delisting of CPSEs functioning under their administrative control.
Under Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, there are six listed CPSEs namely, Hindustan Cables Ltd., HMT Ltd., Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd., Andrew Yule & Co. Ltd., Hindustan Photo Films Mfg. Co. Ltd. and Scooters India Ltd. At present, there is no proposal to delist any of these CPSEs.
This information was given by Minister of State in the Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises Shri Babul Supriyo in reply to a written question in the Lok Sabha today.
