Ministry of Information & Broadcasting notifies Non-refundable One Time Migration Fee (NOTMF) for Migration of existing Private FM Broadcasters from FM Phase II to FM Phase III
Ministry of Information and Broadcasting on 24th September 2015 notified Non-refundable One Time Migration Fee (NOTMF) for Migration of existing Private FM Broadcasters from FM Phase II to FM Phase III. The city-wise NOTMF has been calculated on the basis of migration formula as suggested by TRAI vide their recommendation dated 20th February, 2014, approved by the Government and notified on 21st January, 2015 as amended Para 31 of Private FM Phase III policy.
The one time migration fee has been calculated on the basis of successful bid amount (Non-refundable One Time Entry Fee i.e. NOTEF) as received in the recently concluded e-auction of the first batch of FM Phase III.
