Pravir Kumar assumes charge of Secretary, Inter-State Council Secretariat

Shri Pravir Kumar today took charge of office as the Secretary, Inter-State Council Secretariat. A 1982 batch IAS Officer of UP cadre, Shri Kumar was till recently the Director General of Foreign Trade under the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
