The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee has congratulated the Indian Cricket team for their first victory in the ICC World Cup 2015.
In his message to Shri Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Captain of the Indian Cricket team, the President said, "My congratulations to you and all members of the Indian Cricket team on the victory in the first match of ICC World Cup 2015 against Pakistan.
The nation is proud of your achievement. I wish you continued success in the coming matches and am confident that the team will bring further glory to India".
