The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee will flag off the 'Run for Unity' at the Forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan tomorrow (October 31, 2014) at 0815 a.m. to mark the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The residents and staff of Rashtrapati Bhavan, the President's Body Guard, the Army Guard and the Delhi Police will participate in the Run.
The Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) Pledge will be administered by Smt. Omita Paul, Secretary to the President to all staff prior to the Run.
