In exercise of the powers conferred by article 223 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Shiavax Jal Vazifdar, Judge of the Bombay High Court, to perform the duties of the office of the Chief Justice of the Punjab & Haryana High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office in that High Court consequent upon his transfer to the Punjab & Haryana High Court vide Notification No.K-11017/18/2014-US.I dated 02nd December, 2014.
