RPF Personnel Rescue a Female Child
On 25.05.2015 while making round of Bhubaneswar Railway Station, Shri A.K.Singh, Sub Inspector of RPF along with other Staff rescued a female child, namely Rashmi Nayak, aged 10 yrs. D/o Shri Ramesh Nayak, P/S-Jatni, Dist-Khurda, Odisha who was found loitering on Platform No. 3. She was brought to RPF/POST and on enquiry, it was learned that she had run away from her house. The matter was brought to the notice of Society for children, an NGO. After due verification, the rescued girl was handed over to Shri Pankaj Ghadei, a team member of the said NGO. It is informed that child is in the Government shelter home, Bhubaneswar under child line from where she will be handed over to her parents.
