The Digital Route to Land Acquisition
The Government proposes to take the digital route to speed up land acquisition. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has developed a Web Utility/Portal for processing land acquisition notifications and has already conducted workshops in some states, preparatory to operationalizing the said portal.
